XTodo is a local-first task and note management tool designed to ensure your data remains entirely private and under your control.
Zero Data Collection: XTodo does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information, usage metrics, device details, or telemetry data.
No Remote Servers: The App does not connect to external servers or databases to send or receive your tasks, notes, or app activity.
Local On-Device Storage: All tasks, notes, and content you create inside the App remain strictly on your local device storage.
Encryption: All user-created content (including your tasks and notes) is stored securely on your local disk using strong encryption standards.
Unencrypted Preferences: Non-sensitive application preferences (such as theme settings or app configuration) may be stored locally in plain text to ensure proper app performance. No personal or identifiable data is stored in these settings.
Encryption Keys & Access: Because we do not operate external servers, we do not have access to your encryption keys, passcodes, or stored data. You are solely responsible for managing access to your device.
XTodo does not incorporate third-party analytics software, advertising SDKs, tracking frameworks, or cloud storage APIs that collect or transmit user data.
Because XTodo does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children, it complies with global privacy protection laws including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if app functionalities change. Any updates will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
